Yes! The Free plan gives you 100 credits per month, and every plan (including Free) gets 5 free credits daily (resets at midnight). 1 credit = 1 document page. Start right away no credit card required.

What document types are supported?

We support PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, and HEIC. Whether it's receipts, invoices, purchase orders, supplier bills, or any document with text and numbers AI reads and extracts data automatically.

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted throughout transmission and processing. Our system is PDPA compliant and built to enterprise-grade security standards.

What are custom templates?

Templates let you define which Excel columns you need e.g. company name, date, amount, etc. Create once, reuse forever. AI automatically maps data from any document format into the correct columns.

How does batch processing work?

Upload up to 100+ files at once, select your template, and hit process. The system extracts data from every file and combines it into a single Excel file automatically. Saves hours of work.

How are credits calculated?

1 credit = 1 document page. A 3-page PDF uses 3 credits. A single image uses 1 credit. Credits reset monthly, plus you get 5 free bonus credits every day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts or commitments. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you cancel, you can use remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle.
